The Letter Box

In school this week, Delaney was selected to bring home the letter box. The letter box is a tub a student brings home each week and fills with 4-6 items from around the house that start with the same letter that they are studying in class that week.It just so happens this week they are studying "N."

Delaney decided she wanted to share her presentation on N with you all, so with out further ado, here are just a few of the many items we found around our house that start with N.

Nancy

As in "Fancy Nancy" one of Delaney's favorite storybook characters.

Necklace

In this case it's a ballerina one that didn't photograph well on our wood chest.

Nail Polish

Delaney loves nothing more than to paint her nails.

New York

There are many other fine states that also begin with N but this was all I found laying around the house that seemed appropriate for school. Somehow I don't think they would have appreciated the items I found around our house from various casinos in Nevada.

Too bad, we couldn't find a way to fit Dakota in the letter box, to take her to school to demonstrate that.

Delaney wanted me to mention those items to you because she's upset she can't fit them all in the letter box to take back to class.
