We had a great Christmas in San Jose with Chris' family. I am a total slacker and took hardly any pictures. Which is pretty lame on my part, seeing as Chris gave me a nice new camera for Christmas!
Delaney had a great time opening her stocking from Santa. One of the highlights was getting Wonka Bars (she has recently become obsessed with movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).
Santa did great and brought Delaney the exact Lalaloopsy doll that she asked for.
And Santa brought Kylie a fun present too!
Sadly after this point, I have no more Christmas pictures to share. My cute niece Sierra showed up later in the morning and I don't even have any pictures to share of her. :(
Grandma Barb and Grandpa Don did give Delaney a new "big person" camera for Christmas, so hopefully she took more pictures of the festivities than I did.
The day after Christmas, Grandma Peggy, Grandpa Harry and Aunt Heather came down to celebrate Christmas with us again. And again, I'm lame and didn't take any pictures of our Christmas celebration.
We also had an early birthday celebration for Kylie while they were here. Kylie's actual birthday is next week and we decided to start the celebration early buy putting Kylie in a "Birthday Girl" shirt.
And then the fun began! We let Kylie try her first cupcake. It was only a mini one and she wasn't quite sure what to do with it at first.
But eventually she decided it was a pretty tasty treat!
The cupcake proved to be too much for Kylie in the end and she had to go to bed with out opening her presents. So we postponed the rest of her early birthday celebration until the following day.
Before we let Kylie open presents though, we took a few family pictures.
Then the fun began! Kylie had a great time unwrapping gifts.
And she was even a nice girl and shared her toys with her sister.
We hope that all our friends and family had a very Merry Christmas and have a very Happy New Year!
