BATS!

Delaney came home from school earlier in the week with homework. She was sent home with a bat cut out of construction paper and told to decorate it for a Halloween tree in her classroom. Having homework excites Delaney like nothing else, so of course we had to work on it right away!

The first order of business was to cover the bat with as much orange glitter glue as possible...

Delaney used a lot of glitter glue, so this process took a long time to dry...

A few hours later, after the bat was sufficiently dry, we set to work adding googly eyes and pom poms. I had to help Delaney apply those products with a hot glue gun, so there are no pictures of that step.

Then after applying all the pom poms, Delaney set to work adding some small star stickers.

And there you have it folks, the finished product...

It certainly is scary. ;)

PS I need to take a photography class because all my pictures are blurry or the color is way off. And even after adjusting them in photoshop, they still look pathetic.
