Kylie turned 18 months old on July 5. Here is her 18 month update, better late than never.
She is 33 inches long, which is in the 75th to 90th percentile for her age.
She weighs 21.5 lbs, which is the 10% percentile for her age.
She is still long and lean!
Kylie is really starting to talk. Most of the time, we can't understand her but she does say quite a few words that we do get. Some of her most frequently used words are Sissy, Dada, Dakota, ball, baby, Mommy, cookie, Bubble and Kickey (for Mickey Mouse)
Kylie is a great eater. In fact she would eat all day if she could. She pretty much loves all fruit. Right now one of her absolute favorite things to eat is blueberries.
She also loves TV. Uh Oh! Her favorite shows are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Bubble Guppies. Because of the Bubble Guppies, Kylie now loves all things related to mermaids. And she calls all mermaid Bubbles.
And in the last 2 months, Kylie eyes have actually started to change color. They aren't so blue anymore. Some days they look gray, and other days they look hazel. And then occasionally they will look blue again. I'm curious what color her eyes will end up turning.
Her favorite toys are stuffed animals, Little People toys, baby dolls, balls and anything that makes noise or sings. She also loves to play dress up, and to wear hats and accessories like sunglasses.
Kylie is still a happy girl most of the time. She loves to dance and make people laugh.

Kylie is just getting way too big too fast! She really does love to dance--and eat!!! She is such a cutie!
