Birthdays and Softball

We celebrated Chris' birthday last week with presents and a Woody (from Toy Story) cake. I would post more pictures of this occasion but as you can see my camera was being wonky and most of my pictures are blurry.

Chris had some "out of season" crab to celebrate his birthday. The world's pickiest eater, also known as Delaney shocked us by joining in the crab feast. She loved it!

And the weekend after Chris' birthday was the kick off to Delaney's softball season. Her team this year is called the Lightning Bolts and they wear light gray jerseys. (They are called the Lightning Bolts because their team sponsor is a company that does electrical work.)

Delaney played catcher for an inning and she actually did great.

And Delaney also did well at hitting. And she even scored two runs!

Hopefully the rest of this softball season goes as well as the first game did!
