Seaport Village

On Memorial Day, we visited Seaport Village in San Diego. I remember loving to visit to Seaport Village when I was younger and I had a feeling Delaney would like it too since she loves being near the water. And I was right, she did love it. One of the first things she did was to run and sit on this wall to pose for a picture.

We walked around a bit and found this scary looking Mickey Mouse that Delaney just had to have her picture taken with.

We checked out all the fun little shops...

As we were leaving Delaney decided she wanted her face painted again since her face paint from the San Diego Zoo had already washed off. At the last minute she decided instead of getting her face painted she would have Scooby Doo painted on her arm.

Here is Delaney showing off her new Scooby arm painting and Robin showing off a henna tattoo she just got on her wrist.

And while Delaney was in line waiting for her arm painting she also decided she needed to have a balloon made from the balloon man.

This is Stitch from Lilo and Stitch.

After we left Seaport Village we drove over to Coronado Island to look around. Unfortunately since it was Labor Day it was crowded and we couldn't find anywhere to park. And by that time Delaney had fallen asleep. So we just turned around and drove back home. Maybe on our next trip to San Diego we'll get a chance to explore Coronado.
